zkLink is bringing its third rendition of its L3 Summit to TOKEN2049 Dubai, as part of its initiative to put the spotlight on Layer 3 developments.
The in-person event follows zkLink's previous L3 Summits at Devconnect Istanbul in November 2023 and at ETH Denver in March 2024.
Bringing together Ethereum scaling solutions and infrastructure protocols such as zkSync, Starknet, Scroll, Linea, Polygon zkEVM, Manta, Mantle, Celestia, EigenLayer, and more, the L3 Summit aims to push the boundaries of Layer 3 innovation.
zkLink's L3 Summit will also feature panels and discussions around topics related to zero-knowledge technology, DeFi (LSTs and LRTs), fragmented Ethereum liquidity, the experience of building on Layer 3s, and more.
Those that will be present at the L3 Summit include Layer 2s such as Linea, Polygon zkEVM, Metis, Scroll, Taiko, and zkSync — and innovative modular blockchain solutions such as Avail, Celestia, EigenLayer, Gelato, and Manta. In addition, LogX, Offchain Labs, Polyhedra, and Pyth will be in attendance in Dubai.
The event will be held at TOKEN2049 Dubai on 16 April 2024, from 11:00 to 19:00 local time, at the One & Only Royal Mirage Resort at Jumeirah Beach.

The L3 Summit also serves to amplify zkLink’s recently launched Layer 3 solution called zkLink Nova, Ethereum’s first aggregated Layer 3 zkEVM Rollup Network.

zkLink is also putting together a crypto and blockchain “Dream Team” that will share valuable alpha on their respective panels and keynotes, and the media partners will transmit that alpha to the public. Events like the L3 Summit serve as “leading indicators” for what’s next.
