Suspense awaits as the new digital asset funding ecosystem that has recently gone live in Malaysia is expected to announce its first project line-up, and whether it will live up to its potential.

Known as Initial Exchange Offerings (IEO), it represents the country’s foray into the global asset tokenization market, which is estimated to be a US$16 trillion opportunity. How big is US$16 trillion? If it’s a country’s GDP, it would be the third largest after US and China; or almost 3X the combined market cap of FAANG stocks.
